Blogger Ate My Pictures, Part Deux

I just checked yesterday's post and discovered that my pictures had disappeared again. They are on there now; I just reloaded (or whatever the term is) them. When I check the HTML code in the blogger "edit html box", the code was right where it needed to be, but the pictures were not displayed on the blog. Does anyone have any idea why this happens?

I took this picture this afternoon when I came home from work. The bird house is supposed to be for bluebirds, I think, but there won't be any takers with this little guy using it as a resting spot. A couple of years ago a very over-achieving house wren started a nest in this box and another nest somewhere in my neighbor's yard. She (he?) decided on the neighbor's yard for residence that year and this box has been empty ever since.

The squirrel may be contemplating the eighty quadrillion maple whirlybirds which are covering our yard and our driveway right now. There is feasting aplenty here.

BTW, Wendy asked what yarn I used for the socks. It is Lorna's Laces and the color is Baltic Sea.

I don't know what happened but the comments link in your last post disappeared. I love your socks. I smiled when I read you saying it is an easy pattern. I tried once to make a sock and I think it is a very complex job.

I don't know why it happens but blogger ate my teddy yesterday :-( and wouldn't leave a comment link on my post either.
Sometimes blogger works in mysterious ways!

Sometimes I think Blogger just likes to test our fortitude *s* We have a squirrel that's thinking of taking up residence in our yard . . . he hasn't met Harper yet.

A squirrel (or is it two) try each year to build a nest under our roof and each year the whole thing topples over and we have to clean the lawn! Mind you thanks to them we have hundreds of hazelnut shoots in our garden as well.
I will definitely post some pictures of my socks soon, they look so much like yours, crazy.
Take care.

Isn't nature the best! Love the pic. I had a bird in my yard yesterday...bright blue head, brilliant red belly. I never saw anything like it before. Tried to get a picture but it flew into the tree!!!

I can relate to the squirrel problem. My DH has declared war on them!! He has caught a few and has relocated them to the local park. He says he spends too much money on birdseed! I figure a squirrel has to eat too!!

Super pic!!

Looks like blogger also ate your comments from the last post as well. I think blogger just tries to test our perseverance at times.

We have the same sort of issues with those darn squirrels as well - invading the bird feeders. We like the little red squirrel - they are local, but it's those big grey squirrel! A little too well fed.
